1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "bio77" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to bio77 and its associated domains, including bio77.vip, and all products and services offered therein.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who registers an account with bio77, regardless of whether that individual places a wager or makes a financial transaction.
• "Account" — refers to the individual registered user account created by a Player on the bio77 platform.
• "Balance" — refers to the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit amounts awarded to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and document verification process required before withdrawals or high-value transactions are processed.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — refers to any real-money stake placed by a Player on any game, sporting event, or other betting market available on the bio77 platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the minimum total wager amount that must be completed before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
• "IDR" / "Rupiah" / "Rp" — refers to Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency accepted for all transactions on the bio77 platform.
• "Services" — refers collectively to all casino games, sportsbook markets, live dealer tables, slots, and any other gambling or entertainment products made available through bio77.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the bio77 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during a Player's registration and continued use of the Services:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your Account remains active.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. Individuals who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise prohibited from entering contracts may not register.
• You must not be accessing bio77 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law beyond the general restrictions applicable in Indonesia.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of bio77 or any of its software, payment, or affiliate partners.
• You must not have previously had an Account closed or suspended by bio77 for breach of these Terms & Conditions or for fraud, unless bio77 has expressly reinstated your eligibility in writing.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of Services offered by bio77, you must create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to the registration process and ongoing Account management:

• Each individual Player is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact email address.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. bio77 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• You must notify bio77 immediately via [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or believe your credentials have been compromised.
• bio77 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the registration details provided are false, incomplete, or otherwise in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Account registration and use of the bio77 platform is strictly for personal, non-commercial use. The use of automated bots, scripts, or any third-party software to create Accounts or place Wagers is prohibited.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

bio77 is required to verify the identity of its Players in order to comply with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations. The following KYC conditions apply:

• bio77 may request identity verification documents at any time, including at the point of first withdrawal, upon reaching defined deposit thresholds, or where unusual account activity is detected.
• Accepted identity documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driving licence. Proof of address may also be required in certain circumstances.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold until KYC verification is successfully completed. bio77 will not be liable for any delay in processing a withdrawal caused by a Player's failure to provide requested documentation in a timely manner.
• All documents submitted for KYC purposes are stored securely in accordance with bio77's Privacy Policy and are used solely for identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.
• bio77 reserves the right to close an Account and withhold funds pending investigation where a Player refuses to complete KYC verification or where submitted documents are found to be fraudulent or falsified.

5 Deposits

The following terms govern all deposit transactions made to a bio77 Account:

• All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). bio77 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. No currency conversion is applied, and no conversion fees are charged to the Player.
• The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though bio77 reserves the right to apply limits at the Account level where required for AML compliance or responsible gaming purposes.
• Accepted deposit methods include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and QRIS.
• Deposits are typically credited to the Player's Account balance within 5 to 15 minutes of successful payment confirmation. bio77 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider.
• Players must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or accounts belonging to another individual are not permitted and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.
• bio77 does not charge fees for deposits. However, individual banks or e-wallet providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which bio77 accepts no liability.

6 Withdrawals

The following terms govern all withdrawal requests made from a bio77 Account:

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible. bio77 reserves the right to request withdrawal to an alternative verified account registered in the Player's name.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within the same business day, with most requests completing within 15 to 60 minutes during operating hours (08:00–23:00 WIB). Withdrawals submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available processing cycle.
• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be approved. bio77 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification.
• bio77 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of funds and conduct an investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions. During such an investigation the relevant funds may be frozen.
• Winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds that have not yet met the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fulfilled.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

bio77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out below, as well as any specific terms communicated at the point of each individual promotion:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be met in full before any Bonus Funds or winnings generated from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• Wagering requirements apply to the combined sum of the deposit amount and the bonus amount unless otherwise specified. Only Wagers placed with real-money Balance count toward fulfilling a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are awarded to one eligible Account per household, per device, and per IP address. Players found to be exploiting multiple Accounts or shared connections to claim the same bonus multiple times will have all associated Accounts closed and all Bonus Funds forfeited.
• bio77 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn after it has already been credited to an Account, bio77 will provide reasonable notice and will not retroactively apply new wagering requirements to already-credited Bonus Funds.
• The following game categories may contribute differently toward wagering requirements: live casino games, sports bets, slots, and table games. The specific contribution percentages for each game type will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of crediting. Any Bonus Funds and associated winnings remaining in an Account after the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation.
• bio77 reserves the right to conduct fraud checks before confirming any bonus payment and to reverse any bonus where fraudulent activity or abuse of the promotion is detected.

8 Gameplay & Betting Rules

The following rules govern all gameplay and Wagers placed on the bio77 platform:

• All Wagers are final once confirmed. bio77 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a Wager after it has been placed and confirmed by the system, regardless of the reason.
• bio77 offers betting markets on a wide range of sports and events, including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, AFF Cup, FIFA World Cup, badminton, MotoGP, and e-sports tournaments. Markets are subject to change and availability cannot be guaranteed for every event.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, bio77 will endeavour to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected Wager will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Account Balance.
• bio77's casino games, including slots, live dealer tables, and table games, are supplied by certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game's specific rules, return-to-player (RTP) rates, and bet limits are governed by the supplying studio and are available within the game interface.
• bio77 reserves the right to void any Wager that was placed as a result of a system error, incorrect odds publication, or where the integrity of the event is called into question.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game or market before placing a Wager. bio77 accepts no responsibility for Wagers placed based on a Player's misunderstanding of the applicable rules.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bio77 platform. Any Player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, all funds forfeited, and the matter referred to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account on the bio77 platform.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or third-party payment methods to fund an Account.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting designed to exploit the sportsbook or casino systems.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to place Wagers or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to exploiting low-risk betting strategies designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the product.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the bio77 platform or in any game supplied through the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using bio77 for any purpose other than legitimate personal gambling entertainment.
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC, or impersonating another individual.

10 Responsible Gaming

bio77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. The following tools and policies are available to all Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase will only take effect after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time alerts to receive notifications after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the Account cannot be accessed and no Wagers can be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their life may request permanent self-exclusion. A self-excluded Account is closed indefinitely and bio77 will not market to the self-excluded Player. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.
• Reality Checks: Players may opt in to receive periodic in-session notifications displaying the total time played and the net result of the current session.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the bio77 platform — including but not limited to the bio77 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bio77 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bio77 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit Players to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any content on the bio77 platform without prior written consent from bio77.

Game content — including game titles, artwork, mechanics, and software — supplied by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and other studio partners remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is subject to each studio's own licence terms.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bio77 hereby excludes all liability for the following:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from the use of or inability to use the bio77 platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Services, whether caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure, or any other event outside bio77's reasonable control.
• Any unauthorised access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any inaccuracy in game outcomes caused by the Player's own device, internet connection, or third-party software.
• Any losses arising from a Player's reliance on information provided on the bio77 platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate or out of date.

In all cases where bio77's liability is not excluded by law, bio77's total aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to bio77 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Privacy & Data

bio77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account with bio77, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the bio77 Privacy Policy.

bio77 collects personal data including but not limited to name, date of birth, residential address, contact details, payment information, and gameplay data. This data is used for Account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement purposes.

bio77 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with trusted service providers — including payment processors, identity verification services, and licensed game studios — where necessary to deliver the Services, and only under appropriate data processing agreements. 14 Amendments

bio77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, bio77 will provide reasonable notice to active Players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the amended terms taking effect.

Continued use of the bio77 platform following the publication of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of those revised terms. If you do not accept a revision to these Terms & Conditions, you must cease using the platform and contact bio77 to close your Account.

The current version of these Terms & Conditions, along with the effective date and the date of last update, is always available on this page. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which bio77 holds its international gaming licence. To the extent that any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to conflict with mandatory provisions of Indonesian law applicable to Indonesian resident Players, those mandatory provisions shall prevail to the minimum extent required.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or the use of the bio77 platform, that cannot be resolved through bio77's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration. bio77's internal dispute resolution process requires Players to submit a written complaint to [email protected] and allow bio77 up to 14 business days to investigate and respond before initiating any formal proceedings.

Nothing in this clause limits a Player's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent imminent or irreparable harm.
